RETURNS

We stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of every MIZUKI piece. Authorized returns are subject to a 15% Quality Assurance and Handling Fee, which covers inspection, authentication, credit card charges, website hosting transaction fees and handling upon receipt.

All returns must be authorized within 14 days of delivery and received new, unused, and in original MIZUKI packaging. Customers are fully responsible for all return shipping costs, including insurance for the full value of the item. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Returns that do not meet these requirements will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer at their expense. MIZUKI is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

Once received, returns are processed within 15 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding major holidays). A confirmation email will be sent upon receipt and completion of processing.

EXCHANGES

Authorized exchanges must be requested within 14 days of delivery. All exchange shipments—both returning the original item and shipping the exchanged item—are the sole responsibility of the customer, including shipping costs and insurance.

Exchanged items must be returned new, unused, and in original MIZUKI packaging. Items received outside of policy guidelines will not be accepted and will be returned at the customer’s expense.

STORE CREDIT

Store credit is issued only for authorized returns. Store credit does not expire and may be applied toward a future purchase.

Customers are responsible for all shipping and insurance costs associated with returns made for store credit. Shipping fees are
non-refundable.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

The customer is responsible for all shipping charges, duties, and taxes required by that country's importation policy. Items may arrive via UPS or FedEx.

All Shipments Require an Adult Signature at Delivery

Duties, Taxes and VAT are not included in the total at checkout.

Duties, Taxes and VAT are determined by the destination country where applicable. Duties, Taxes and VAT are based on the value of the order for goods imported into the destination country. Payment of any Duties, Taxes and VAT is the responsibility of the recipient. International shipping cost incurred at check out is non-refundable.
