Prive is a One of a Kind collection and each piece ships immediately. For any questions, please contact us at hello@mizukijewels.com.
ORDER PROCEDURE
After your order is placed, you will receive an email confirming your order. If you do not receive this within 24 hours, please contact us at hello@mizukijewels.com, and we will respond the next business day. After the order is shipped, you will receive a second email confirming the shipment and a tracking number to track your shipment.
International Duties, Taxes, Vat & Shipping Costs
Duties, Taxes and VAT are not included in the total at checkout. Duties, Taxes and VAT are determined by the destination country where applicable. Duties, Taxes and VAT are based on the value of the order for goods imported into the destination country. Payment of any Duties, Taxes and VAT is the responsibility of the recipient. International shipping cost incurred at check out is non-refundable. International orders may arrive via UPS or FedEx.

Shipping
Online orders are shipped and delivered Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays. MIZUKI offers complimentary ground shipping via UPS within the continental U.S.
Repairs or Replacements
If you purchased MIZUKI jewelry from a third party retailer, you must directly contact original retailer where the item was purchased for repairs. Please contact us at hello@mizukijewels.com for a Return Authorization Number and any further discussions concerning a repair or replacement purchased directly from MIZUKI. If you lost an earring, our ability to make a mate is dependent on availability of materials. In order to ensure a best possible match, we request that you send in your remaining earring to be used as a guide. Please contact us at hello@mizukijewels.com for further discussions.
Returns

Each piece is custom made per order. We offer ONLY credit or exchange for authorized returns within 14 days from the receipt of delivery. We do not offer refunds. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us at hello@mizukijewels.com to receive a Return Authorization Number for credit or exchange.
PRIVÉ
Privé is a One of a Kind collection and each piece ships immediately. If you wish to return for any reason there will be a 25% restocking fee applied to your credit card. ONLY the Prive collection is eligible for a refund, credit or exchange and must occur within 14 days. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us at hello@mizukijewels.com to receive a Return Authorization Number.
RETURN PROCEDURE
Please make sure your items are returned new, unused, and with all MIZUKI packaging. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to you. Send your return to the address below, insured for the full value of the items, via FedEx, UPS or US Postal Services for your protection and to ensure prompt credit. MIZUKI is not responsible for returned articles lost during transit. Be sure to include your complete contact info with your return including your name, address, phone number, email address, mizukijewels.com order number, and MIZUKI Return Authorization Number.
Your return will be processed promptly upon its arrival. Processing time for returns is usually 15 business days from the time the return is received. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding major holidays. An email will be sent to confirm receipt and processing of your return. We are sorry, but return shipping fees are non-refundable.

If your package was damaged in shipment by the carrier, save the box and the merchandise and notify us immediately by email for the damaged items to be replaced.
Returns or exchanges for purchases made on mizukijewels.com will not be accepted for return or exchange at any retail location where Mizuki is sold.
Returns or exchanges for purchases made at any other retailer locations cannot be returned through mizukijewels.com. Items not purchased through mizukijewels.com should be returned at their place of purchase.
SALES
All sales final. Sale items cannot be refunded, returned, or exchanged for store credit.
E-Gift Card
E-gift cards are only available for use on mizukijewels.com. The available credit on your e-gift card will be automatically deducted from your order total. If the total of your purchase is lower than what is available on the e-gift card, the leftover funds will remain on the e-gift card for later use. Remaining value from an e-gift card cannot be refunded. If the total amount of your order exceeds the amount on your e-gift card, the remaining balance must be paid by credit card. E-gift cards cannot be used in conjunction with other discount codes or promotions. Only one gift card may be used per order.
