Gift cards are delivered by email and contain instructions to redeem them at checkout. Our gift cards have no additional processing fees.
- Digital cards can only be used on mizukijewels.com.
- Digital cards can be used towards any Mizuki item on mizukijewels.com.
- Enter the code provided via email at the payment step of checkout.
- Remaining value not used stays on as credit to be used on a future purchase.
- Remaining value from a Digital Card cannot be refunded.
- Value does not expire.

Each piece is custom made per order. We offer ONLY credit or exchange for authorized returns within 14 days from the receipt of delivery. We do not offer refunds. Privé
Privé is a One of a Kind collection and each piece ships immediately. If you wish to return for any reason there will be a 25% restocking fee applied to your credit card. ONLY the Prive collection is eligible for a refund, credit or exchange and must occur within 14 days. Please contact us hello@mizukijewels.com for questions. International Orders
The customer is responsible for all shipping charges, duties and taxes required by that country's importation policy. Items may arrive via UPS or FedEx.
All Shipments Require an Adult Signature at Delivery

Duties, Taxes and VAT are determined by the destination country where applicable. Duties, Taxes and VAT are based on the value of the order for goods imported into the destination country. Payment of any Duties, Taxes and VAT is the responsibility of the recipient. International shipping cost incurred at check out is non-refundable.
