Privé

Privé is a One of a Kind collection and each piece ships immediately. If you wish to return for any reason there will be a 25% restocking fee applied to your credit card. ONLY the Prive collection is eligible for a refund, credit or exchange and must occur within 14 days. Please contact us hello@mizukijewels.com for questions. For complete return guidelines please read our Customer Service page. 

Returns

Any shipping fees paid in connection with the original order will be excluded from the store credit in case of return.

International Orders

The customer is responsible for all shipping charges, duties and taxes required by that country's importation policy. Items may arrive via UPS or FedEx.

All Shipments Require an Adult Signature at Delivery

Duties, Taxes and VAT are not included in the total at checkout.

Duties, Taxes and VAT are determined by the destination country where applicable. Duties, Taxes and VAT are based on the value of the order for goods imported into the destination country.
